The Waffle Stars (AKA TWS) is an anime inspired comedy and fantasy series about friends and their shenanigans

The universe: It is based on the UK and is fantasy and RPG themed, but in the modern world. There are kemonomimis, furries, warriors, mages, kitsunes, gryphons, alicorns and magic etc. But they also have modern technologies such as computers and smartphones! It is pretty common to come across talking animals, and humans that often come with animal ears and tails, and if you're lucky, you may come across some magical lands!

The main characters: Hazel, Cody, Max, Lavender, and Zack all live in a small, homely town called Oakville. They all form a friendship group known as The Waffle Stars! They love to hangout together and have a great time. But The Waffle Stars have been known to grab all their friends to crowd around shops and restaurants demanding lots of pancakes, waffles, and ice cream. They crowd around so much, it can be overwhelming to those who aren't taking part!

The school of magic: Hazel, Cody, and Max sometimes travel to Crystalness, a big exciting city where the school of magic takes place! Hazel goes to learn magic from her teacher Alfie, a powerful and experienced, but polite and humble wizard. Cody and Max are the guinea pigs of magic school, they come so that the mage students can test harmless spells on them as part of learning. But don't worry: no guinea pigs are harmed during the testing of magic!

Dangerous places: Yes.. Unfortunately there are dangerous places out there! From quiet lanes to spooky forests at night, You'd have to be careful you wont end up in a sudden battle! And while there are villains, there are also heroes. You'll be in luck if you were saved by one!
